Introducing: 15-SECOND FILMS – a very, very short film festival.

Instagram was brand shiny new. 1000 Instagrammers entered. Every single 15-second film submitted got screened. 5 winners were invited to attend a glitzy VIP screening of their film from the balcony of a flash hotel room, bang opposite the big screen at Piccadilly Circus in London. Samsung made it an annual event. Feel good indeed.
